Astilbe – Montgomery 1G

Great in shady gardens, where they perform well if given a rich, moist soil and regular watering. With full plumes of deep cherry red, over a bushy mound of lacy green leaves. Also works in tubs or mixed containers. May tolerate full sun in cool months but prefers full to filtered shade.
